Initial consultation - what to expect

The initial consultation is a first, non-binding meeting (not a therapy session) in which we explore together:

 

  • whether you feel comfortable and well supported with me

  • whether my therapeutic approach fits your concerns

  • what wishes and expectations you bring

  • whether ongoing therapeutic work together is possible

 

This conversation is not intended to go into depth or to apply therapeutic methods.
The focus is on orientation, getting to know each other, and transparency.

 

Afterwards, you can take your time to decide whether you would like to begin therapy.
